At Virtual Elves, we are a dedicated team of professionals committed to empowering Australian businesses through exceptional virtual assistance. 

Founded by Australian Kristy Smith, our mission is to connect entrepreneurs and organisations with highly skilled Filipino virtual assistants who can seamlessly integrate into their operations.

Virtual Elves is a one-stop shop for all things administrative. Think email management, customer service, online marketing support, social media marketing, data entry, online research, database management, creative: graphic design and web design, and so much more! 

At Virtual Elves you can start with just 5hrs per week as a minimum engagement. Allowing you to start small and where your budget and business stage allows.

No lock in contracts! We don’t believe in locking you into something that may not be benefiting all parties. You just need to give us 2 weeks notice to end the agreement. We do however value long term relationships so we are sure you will be with us for a long time 🙂

Our rates depend on a number of factors and therefore having a discovery call with us is a necessary part of the process so we can give you the right information. There are different levels of services and you can understand more by using our pricing calculator.

Our process is simple.

  1. Once you have booked a discovery call and we have ascertained you are a good match for our services, we will ask you to pay the Engagement Fee of $275 and complete the online job description form for the tasks you wish the VA to undertake for you.
  2. Our Recruitment Team will review and match you with a minimum of 3 best-suited candidates and will email you their profiles and assessment results.
  3. If you are happy with these candidates we encourage you to meet with the candidates in a video call on Zoom. Our team will coordinate this for you.
  4. Once you have conducted the interviews and are happy with selecting a VA you will simply advise us and then we will arrange the necessary paperwork and commit to a start date.

Offer only available on virtual assistant services engaged for a minimum of 5 hours per week

Offer is only available to new leads and not existing clients currently in our recruitment process or working with a virtual assistant.

$275 Engagement Fee is applicable for all offers to be applied.

50% off applies to the total invoice amount (including GST) invoiced in the first month of services engaged (total of 2 fortnightly invoices).
