Kristy is the principal “elf” and creator of VIRTUAL ELVES.

Living in Sydney’s Northern Beaches with her husband, and being a happy mother to Olivia and Joshua, she began operating VIRTUAL ELVES as a home-based business at the end of 2009 in order to “be there” for her young children whilst they started school.

Prior to starting her business she worked for 9 years in Administrative Management roles in the Hospital/Medical and Pharmaceutical Communications industries. This was preceded by 10 years working in 5 star hotels in Event / Food & Beverage Management positions.

Kristy’s success has come from stepping away from the traditional VA mentality and her strong networking skills and ability to get out from “behind her desk” has seen the business grow exponentially since it’s inception. It is no argument that being a VA lends well to her personality and lifestyle. Articulate, professional, posesses strong planning, organizational and time management skills along with the ability to interact at all levels. Combining all of these skills and knowledge allows her to provide an array of top quality support to her many clients.

Heather Hammond

Heather comes to Virtual Elves with exceptional skills: 8 years of corporate admin experience in a variety of industries with a focus on support and management roles as well as obtaining a Diploma of Business Management and Business Admin Cert 3.

She is dedicated and systems oriented, which has certainly been a bonus for Virtual Elves and systemising the business!

Heather is a strong planner and problem solver who readily adapts to change and works well independently or as part of a team. She is able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality, a bonus for any business owner that has the pleasure of working with her!

Living on the Northern Beaches of Sydney with her young son Jay and husband Rick, Heather is an integral part of our team!
